You will be responsible for maintaining IT systems in retail
You will be responsible for installing, un-installing and rebuilding till systems
You will manage your own spare parts pool
You will carry out administrative tasks
IT-based education and training
PC skills
Knowledge of the Windows operating system
Network knowledge (cabling and infrastructure)
You always remain friendly and calm, even if you have a heavy workload
You see yourself as a service provider and always want to find the best solution for our clients
You work in a quick, reliable and thorough manner
You need to be ready to work during shop opening hours (8am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday)
You will need a car, a tablet PC, a laptop, a mobile phone, tools and a place to store spare parts
